Wallop is looking for an Art Director to lead and develop all creative services in the company. The focus of this role is digital design across a range of marketing channels. But we are looking for a well rounded, muti-disciplinary designer who can also develop the branding side of our business and grow a team under them.
The Art Director will lead creative projects, maintaining high standards for design output across all marketing channels, leading and working closely with Project Managers, Digital Strategists, Copywriters, and Junior Designers. You are a clear communicator who can translate strategic business goals into strong marketing/creative assets that perform for the organization.
We want to meet candidates who are self-starters, creative leaders with a fluid approach to collaboration and feedback. We’d like to see portfolios that show strong conceptual skills with detail-oriented executions. We want to hear about projects you worked on that highlight your art/design direction skills as well as client and team management skills. We are a lean team supporting global brands, and you must be comfortable leading and doing the actual design work on a day-to-day basis.
