You’ll help our team of strategists develop the optimal digital marketing mix — SEO, paid advertising (including social ads), email, and so on — for each client’s particular needs.

You will hit the ground running with activities which will include:

  • Supporting digital strategists within the context of client retainers based on specified hours allotted for organic and paid search, email marketing, etc.
  • Using your strong communication and support skills to ensure strategists are properly prepared for client meetings.
  • Auditing client meetings following which you will communicate and coordinate details among your colleagues internally and clients externally.
  • Utilizing your analytical talents to assist our Lead Strategist in optimizing internal processes and procedures across multiple channels and client touch points.
  • Learning by embracing each interaction as a teaching moment and by attending formal training programs within the company.
  • Leveraging your enhanced attention to detail and copious note-taking abilities.

Skills required:

  • Solid writer, with the ability to write clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Creative thinker, with strong ability to multi-task and coordinate on multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organization skills with experience managing projects and/or clients.
  • Must be team oriented, able to multitask and prioritize your deliverables, and willing to learn.

Bonus points for:

  • Ability to build campaigns, write strong ads, and manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis on Google Ads and Bing.
  • Google certifications (Analytics, Google Ads Search/Display/Mobile, etc).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with advertising on social platforms like Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge or experience with retargeting.
  • Experience with display advertising.
  • Experience with heat maps, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience working with booking engines in the hospitality sector.
